Tamale’s music heavyweight, Fancy Gadam, is lining up a series of blockbuster collaborations that could dominate the Ghanaian music scene, his manager Hassan Al Hussein has revealed.
Speaking in an interview with DM TV’s Naa Damba, Al Hussein disclosed that the award-winning artiste has recorded songs with Lynx Entertainment star KiDi, soulful crooner King Promise, and trap sensation Black Sherif.
He further hinted at an international feature with a top Nigerian artiste, describing it as a project that will “shake Ghana.” However, he stopped short of revealing the Nigerian collaborator’s name, noting that it will be unveiled alongside a massive concert in Tamale.
“These songs will change the conversation around music in the North and across Ghana,” Al Hussein said. “The KiDi, King Promise, and Black Sherif features are already powerful, but the Nigerian one is on a different level. We are preparing to launch it with a big concert that Tamale and the rest of Ghana won’t forget.”
Fancy Gadam, known in private life as Mujahid Ahmed Bello, has carved a niche with his infectious blend of Afrobeat, dancehall, and Northern rhythms. With chart-topping hits like Total Cheat and record-breaking concerts to his name, he continues to push the boundaries of Northern music onto the national and international stage.
