Rabin Ousmane Sanon named April Goalkeeper of the month


Rabin Ousmane Sanon of Nations FC has been named the Ghanaian Premier League Goalkeeper of the Month for April by the Ex-National Goalkeeper Union (NEGO). This is the first time Sanon has received the honor.

The Burkinabé goalkeeper had an impressive month, helping Nations FC earn 12 points from 5 matches, including four wins and one defeat, to top the Premier League table. Sanon managed four clean sheets, including three consecutive clean sheets against Karela United, Legon Cities, and Accra Lions. He conceded just one goal in the month, which came in a 1-1 draw against Young Apostles.

As the winner, Rabin Ousmane Sanon will receive a pair of gloves, branded towel, water bottle, and T-shirt from the Ex-National Goalkeepers Union.
