Ghanaian actress Nadia Buari has shared rare insights into her life, opening up about balancing fame, family, and motherhood in a recent interview with Giovanni Caleb.
Known for fiercely guarding her personal life, Buari revealed her motivation for keeping her family out of the media spotlight.
“I want people to know me for my work, not my private life,” she told MyNewsGh. “It’s challenging because there are always rumors and attempts to invade your privacy.”
As a mother of four, Buari credited her success to a strong support system, including her family and partner.
“My mom and aunt are incredible. They allow me to chase my career while being a present mom,” she said.
Though tight-lipped about her biggest paycheck, Buari explained that her earnings depend on a movie’s budget.
“Sometimes, I’m very considerate when it comes to payment,” she noted.
On managing public scrutiny, Buari emphasized her selective approach to media engagement.
“I don’t care for the noise. If I don’t have anything to promote, I don’t do interviews,” she explained.
In a lighter moment, the actress admitted a surprising fact: she’s not a fan of dancing.
“I couldn’t dance to save my life,” she laughed.
