Alagumgube marked a major milestone in its expansion journey with the grand inauguration of its Kumasi branch, dubbed Chapter Five (Hi5).
The vibrant ceremony, held at Plus 2 Pub in Kumasi, brought together an impressive lineup of local and international dignitaries in a strong show of solidarity for the association’s vision.
In attendance were prominent figures including Mr. and Mrs. Dr. Charles Akayule, renowned businessman Mr. Baba Atidaana (BONABOTO Chairman, Kumasi), and the association’s founder, Mr. Gabriel Agambila.
The atmosphere was electric with unity, culture, and purpose as guests gathered to celebrate Alagumgube’s continued commitment to the development of Ghana’s Upper East Region.
The event began at 5:00 PM with a powerful welcome address from Mr. Agambila, who reiterated the importance of establishing a strong presence in Kumasi — a key step in broadening the association’s outreach.
He highlighted Alagumgube’s enduring mission to foster growth, education, and empowerment in the Upper East Region.
Attendees were treated to live cultural performances, traditional music, and a selection of refreshments that added color and flavor to the evening.
Generous donations and positive testimonials further underscored the community’s faith in Alagumgube’s work.
The ceremony also featured the swearing-in of the newly appointed interim executives of the Kumasi branch:
