“Despite their attempts, there was no evidence that they accessed UEW’s official grading system (OSIS 2) to alter results. Instead, they created falsified PDF versions of students’ results and fabricated WASSCE certificates to facilitate fraudulent admissions. Mr. Anderson and his accomplices primarily operated within the Suhum, Mangoase, Nsawam, and Winneba areas”, a statement from the institution dissociating itself from the fraudulent activities of the convict revealed in part.
