My ex-girlfriend framed me over “sextortion” claims – Okatakyie Afrifa

Broadcast journalist Okatakyie Afrifa has revealed that his recent arrest by the Cyber Crime Unit was orchestrated by his ex-girlfriend, Anne Sansa Daly, who accused him of sextortion.

Afrifa stated that he was detained after Daly alleged that he possessed her nude photos and was threatening to leak them online. However, he insists the claims are false and that she manipulated their conversations to fit her narrative before reporting him to authorities.

“I was told that Andeli reported me, claiming I had her nudes and was blackmailing her. I asked them to provide evidence, but they took me home, searched my belongings, and said they were investigating me,” Afrifa recounted.

The journalist, who dated Daly six years ago, believes his arrest was politically motivated rather than just a personal vendetta.

“I won’t go into how toxic she is, but I picked intel that there’s a dossier on her. She should be careful. She edited our chats to make it seem like I had her nude videos,” he added.
